Princess Diana: Dresses of Inspiration

This professionally-curated exhibition of the "world's most photographed woman," created just for The von Liebig Art Center, honors the historical importance of her journey from royal princess to humanitarian by telling a story through the dresses worn by the late Princess to commemorative, social and charitable functions. A portion of the ticket sales from this exhibition will be donated to the Pink Ribbon Crusade. Location: The von Liebig Art Center;10am-4pm Mon-Sat; 1pm-4pm Sun; 239-262-6517.

Museum of the Everglades - Deborah Mitchell Exhibit

Take a day ride to the Florida Everglades to see "Documenting Contemporary Wetlands," a mixed media exhibit by Deborah Mitchell, a unique artist that employs a rich pallet of the Everglades. Raw images are embellished with nature's beauty. Location: Museum of the Everglades; Hours: Tues-Fri 9am to 5pm; Sat 9am-4pm; Admission: Free, but they appreciate donations; Contact: 239-695-2397. Dine Like Royalty: An Evening with Princess Diana's Chef

Join the von Liebig Art Center, e'Bella Magazine for Women and Coldwell Banker realtor Marianna Foggin for a special "Dine Like Royalty" event at Shula's Steak House in the Hilton Naples Hotel.
Darren McGrady, former Senior Chef at Buckingham Palace and Princess Diana's personal chef, along with the Hilton Naples and Shula's Steak House Culinary Team, will prepare and serve an elegant six-course wine and dining experience featuring recipes from McGrady's cookbook "Eating Royally: Recipes and Remembrances from a Palace Kitchen." The event starts with a Champagne Reception and a sommelier will present each wine with the various courses.
In addition, Richard Dalton, who was Diana's exclusive hairdresser for 10 years, will share his insights about the Princess.
Tickets are $150 per person or $225 for VIP seating at three tables of eight (six seats available for the table buyer) headed by McGrady and Dalton. For tickets, call 239-591-2709 by June 24.

Entries must be made by June 22, 2010, for drawings taking place on Dave Elliott's WGUF radio show on June 16, 23 and 24.
