Meet Executive Chef Cesar Fernandez of Hilton Naples. Chef Fernandez oversees Shula's Steak House, Banquets, Private Dining, community events and fundraisers, as well as catering offsite events.   Chef Fernandez is no stranger to the kitchen of chic, luxury hotels and restaurants. He has more than 20 years of culinary experience manning the culinary divisions at some of the most posh hotels in South Florida, Puerto Rico and Dallas.

Cesar's passion for fresh and natural cuisine is a perfect reflection of Hilton Naples culinary philosophy.  A member of the James Beard Foundation, Chef Fernandez is also a member of the American Culinary Federation.
 
Chef Cesar Fernandez and his talented culinary team have crafted inspired options for every type of meeting or function. Meeting break menus alone total nearly 20, from the healthy “Energy Break” featuring vegetable crudités and an assortment of smoothies to the decadent “Raspberry Break” with raspberry brownies and berry tartlets with ginger cream. Lunch and dinner options are equally imaginative, and several packages make it easy to choose a full day of dining delights for your group.
