Festivals In Naples and surrounding Collier County
Naples Florida offers many festivals that really have a unique flair indigenous to our community that visitors love to experience. Given the popularity of the various Naples Art Festivals and Food Festivals, fresh new events and festivals are coming to life each year. In 2011 we witnessed a new reason to celebrate, the Stone Crab Festival, held near the waterfront of Bayfront and Tin City annual in October. The popularity of The Naples International Film Festival in November is growing exponentially with winning films being nominated for Oscar Awards.

Arts Festivals The Naples National Art Festival is ranked among the top ten art shows in the nation by Sunshine Artist Magazine. The Mercato Fine Arts Festival is in it's second year nand was ranked as one of the top 100 art festivals by Sunshine Artist Magazine. This year sees the Naples International Art and Antique Fair

Film Festivals The Naples International Film Festival, also referred to as NIFF, is striving to make Naples a true epicenter for the Entertainment Industry. This festival brings together cinephiles and supporters of film and is quickly building a very impressive reputation in the film circles. In its inaugural year, NIFF's Opening Film, The Cove, won an Oscar.

Jazz Festival Lely Resort Hosts the Annual Art and Jazz Festival at Ole in February. National artists line the walkways while Jazz Bands perform at the Ole Amphitheater.

Food Festivals - Food Festivals are a long-standing Naples tradition. Two featured food festivals, the Taste of Collier and the Everglades Seafood Festival offers family fun featuring live performances, chef competitions and savory samples by local restaurants. The Naples Stonecrab Festival in October features a weekend of food and fun around the beautiful Naples waterfront.

Outdoor Festivals With the sun shining year round, outdoor festivals are always popular with locals and visitors in Naples. The Paradise Coast Paddlers Club hosts an Annual Kayak Festival and the Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge pays homage to one of the world's most endangered mammals, the Florida Panther.

Nature Festivals The Southwest Florida Nature Festival is experiencing growth each year as word gets out about the various field trips offered and other activities during the three day event. Photographers, nature lovers and birders in Florida and the United States are making this nature festival a not-to-be missed event in Naples.

Wine Festivals The Naples Winter Wine Festival is ranked among the top 10 arts and entertainment for wealthy Americans. The event brings many of the world's finest vintners and chefs together with wine collectors and philanthropists. The $82.5 million dollars raised since 2001 benefit the Naples Children & Education Foundation.
