I firmly believe this was a direct result of the Hilton’s staff and the attention to detail for every aspect of the event. Our attendee numbers changed drastically at the last minute. We increased our projected attendance by over 100 people the day before the event. The Hilton was able to adjust to these changes with a very calm demeanor, which allowed me to attend to all the other tasks involved in setting up the awards ceremony. I really appreciate that I had “no worries” when it came to the Hilton’s responsibility. There was no need for me to get there early to check how things were set up. Your judgment was spot on. The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce is a not for profit business organization whose mission is “To make Greater Naples the best place in America to live and work.” The Chamber hosts over 120 events annually and a good number of those events are at The Hilton Naples. These events range from networking, candidate forums, community award ceremonies, breakfasts and recently a black tie dinner. The attention to detail, customer service, food and ambience are incomparable! The entire Chamber staff is made to feel as if they are the most important client, while at the same time we feel like we are home.
