On behalf of the Board of the Southwest Florida Concierge and Guest Services Association and its members, I would like to thank you for the excellent service provided by your sales, catering and banquet staff for our fundraising event.
Everything went smoothly and successfully. My e-mail inbox is full of wonderful comments and praise from attendees expressing their pleasure. Everyone enjoyed the food and many commented on how well the banquet staff handled all the service in a professional and timely manner.

I am continually amazed with the quality and efficiency of the Hilton Naples. I had a situation where I found out on a Sunday afternoon that our current set up for a three day sales meeting would not work and the meeting started on Monday. I sent a text message to Lisa Vinciguerra Sunday afternoon. She worked with the staff at the Hilton and had the room booked and ready to go Monday morning. We were even able to preview the room Sunday night.
Imre Dobi met us Sunday night to ensure the room was what we needed. Chef Rivera created a menu for us for three days. Each day was deliciously different. We understand that it isn't easy to have meals planned for 40 people on such short notice. Tony Palamaro was very helpful and always available whenever we needed him. I think he reads minds. Calvin Hackett set us up exactly the way we needed for remote attendees, as well as for those of us in the room.
All of this was accomplished on a very tight budget under very tight timelines. I greatly appreciate what the Hilton Naples does for its customers as well as what you do for our community. I run into your employees at various community functions throughout the year, and because of the Hilton Naples' dedication, you are always my first thought when it comes to needing meeting services.
