Shula’s Team

Jeff serves as the Business Development Manager for Shula's Steak House Naples. In this role, he is responsible for the private dining room reservations, all marketing endeavors and developing community partnerships.
Prior to joining Shula's, Jeff was an Account Executive for Florida Weekly, Multi Media Advertising Manager for the Naples Daily News and worked for the Naples Chamber in Membership Development. Jeff currently serves on numerous committees to help make Naples the best place to work and live. He volunteers his time with the Naples Chamber, YMCA, ICAN, Hunger & Homeless Coalition and Leadership Collier Alumni.
Jeff is originally from Upstate New York and attended Syracuse University.
He has been in Naples for over 13 years.

Tom Donahue joined the Hilton Naples/Shula's Steak House Team in 2004. His upward progression in management is highlighted by many company firsts and recognition for Shula's excellent product and service. For example, Tom developed the beverage program which is now a standard for all Shula's Steak Houses. The beverage program has earned the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine year after year and recently, Mr. Donahue implemented the first wine paring ipad program within the system immediately increasing wine sales substantially. Shula's is recognized as the Best Steak House in Southwest Florida and as having the Best business lunch as voted by readers of the Naples Daily News.
As General Manager of Shula's Steak House, Mr. Donahue's management style is one of creativity, customer focused service, and generous giving of his time and resources to worthy community projects.
Prior to joining the Team of the Hilton Naples and Shula's Steak House, Tom spent four years in the United States Army followed by four years in the National Guard, where his unit was called to active duty during Desert Storm. He then began his career in the Hospitality Industry managing some of the busiest venues in the Naples area.

Under the direction of Chef Cesar Fernandez, the Hilton Naples' signature restaurant, Shula's Steak House Naples, has been the recipient of many prestigious awards including "The Best Steak House in Southwest Florida". In addition, Chef Fernandez manages the culinary operations of the Hilton Naples hotel's 18,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space and the in-room dining operation.
Chef Cesar Fernandez's career culinary experience includes four and five diamond properties such as the Alexander Hotel, the Grand Bay Hotel in Coconut Grove, and the El San Juan Hotel. At the Water Hotel, Chef Fernandez received national acclaim for opening the Tangerine Restaurant. Chef Fernandez is a member of the American Culinary Federation and is a "Best Hotel Chef" nominee member of the James Beard Foundation.
