Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received by your representatives, Paige Simpson, Donna Forgays and all your staff during this weekend. Their professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction. My boyfriend and I stayed at your hotel for two nights as a gift received from a wedding expo. It was a wonderful experience, spectacular hotel and excellent customer service from your front desk, valet, concierge and housekeeping departments. I will recommend your hotel to all my friends and family. I hope that you will pass the thanks to all of your staff.

I am writing to you regarding a most enjoyable stay at the Hilton Naples Florida. Annette Daniel, Front Office Manager, warmly greeted me at check-in. She proceeded to inform me about the amenities of the property which are numerous, and encouraged me not to hesitate if the staff could assist me in any way. Her offer proved to be sincere and it certainly turned out to be genuine. Prior to making a reservation at the property, I phoned several times as I was not familiar with the area. Marco Island, Bonita Springs and other locations were under consideration, but simply names to me. Fortunately, Diane Cepaitis answered at the front desk and was the ultimate reason for my subsequent ten day stay. She patiently explained the locations of various places which I mentioned above, described the proximate beaches and notable sites. Diane informed me that the hotel had only six rooms with balconies, so she offered to block one out if I so wished. Diane extended herself beyond hotel personnel in her position and I knew then that the Naples Hilton was to be my destination. Concierge Hope Haworth went to great lengths to advise us on suitable restaurants. Within a short time of our first conversation, she immediately listed names, locations and phone numbers of those discussed. Hope is the most effective at performing her duties, and like her colleagues, makes that extra effort which makes guests feel welcome and appreciated. Hani Panter worked tirelessly in the fourth floor executive lounge. When a guest inquired if a particular newspaper was available, Hani sprinted down to the lobby, and within minutes provided a selection of them for reading. One only had to observe her briefly to determine that she is never idle and works diligently to meet the needs of all guest. Hani is a model employee for the hospitality industry. Darlene Boyle, Guest Services Supervisor, and Stephine Cifuentes at the front desk noticed that I appeared harried one evening when returning to the hotel. I told them that I was rushing to reach the executive lounge before 8 P.M. closing to use the microwave. They responded by informing me that there was one available nearby, and proceed to heat and wrap the item for me. Again, I consider this beyond what hotel employees need to do, but indicative of the professional pride exhibited by all working at this property.

It was a pleasure to stay here, even with my kids. We enjoyed the swimming pool and took advantage of the beach package twice. Ms. Sifuentes from the front desk was always willing to help us with any questions. Everyone treated us with respect and a smile. The room was always clean when we arrived back after a long day.
