I cannot say enough GOOD about my stay at your Hilton property! Without exception, EVERY employee was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to provide EXEMPLARY service. As a frequent business traveler, I appreciate the extra amenities the Hilton Naples offers, and while due to the business nature of my trip I was not able to take advantage of everything, I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Naples area for business or pleasure!

Just a quick note to let you know that my wife and I had a most memorable time at the Hilton Naples Hotel. It was our first visit and an early birthday gift for me. Everything was better than fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and sanitized, and your staff took good care of us with a special request I had for an additional "comfy chair" and ottoman. The bed with abundant pillows was so comfortable that we slept better than we have in months. The TV is top-notch, and the amenities and extra features are unparalleled: fitness center, complimentary water, in-room Italian coffee with sweetener and liquid dairy creamers, plush bath and pool towels, a shower to die for and a complimentary USA Today, among them. We commend your housekeeping crew for meeting our requests. In a word, it was all unbelievable!

There are so many other reasons for us to choose Hilton Naples, but I cannot enumerate them all here due to space. Please pass along our appreciation to your entire team for making our "stay-cation" a most memorable one. We'll be back!
