Tony has been with the Hilton since July 2002, beginning with the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort as a Restaurant Server and moving up to Banquet Manager less than a year later. In January 2005, Tony was promoted to Assistant Food and Beverage Director and handled the day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurants and banquets as he gave directions to managers and team members. In June 2007, Tony accepted the Banquet Manager position with Hilton Naples , primarily working with corporate groups for holiday parties, weddings and banquet events. Tony began his career in the food and beverage industry at Villa Amalfi in New Jersey . Raised in Cliffside Park , New Jersey , Tony moved to Naples with his wife Yvette in 2002. Tony and Yvette live in Naples and have three children - Ariana, Ethan and Alyssa. They take full advantage of all that Naples has to offer… especially dining out at the wonderful local restaurants and relaxing on the beach.
