Lisa Vinciguerra,  Director of Sales & Conference Services

 A native of Naples, Florida, Lisa Vinciguerra joined the staff of the Hilton Naples Hotel in November 2001.  She has earned degrees in Travel and Hospitality as well as a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from New York Institute of Technology. 
 
After successfully serving as Director of Catering and Conference Services from October 2003 until March 2011, Lisa was appointed to Director of Sales & Conference Services.  When asked what she most looks forward to in her new role she replies, " Facing the ever-changing dynamic of integrating the Sales, Catering and Conference Services to provide the best experience for our clients and guests."

Always a huge supporter of the Naples Florida community, Lisa is an Ambassador for the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, and is a graduate of “Leadership Collier”.  In addition, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Collier County Hunger and Homeless Coalition and a member of Macy's Customer Advisory Board.

Lisa's passion is making strong, long-lasting partnerships with her clients and always exceeding their expectations. 

Outside of work, Lisa loves spending outdoor time with her two rescue dogs, Gus & Riso.
