I would highly recommend Electa to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. In all my interactions with Electa I have found her to be well organized, professional, friendly and genuinely very helpful. Although I didn't hold my wedding at the Hilton Naples, it is a lovely venue and most of our guests stayed there for our wedding. Electa helped answer/address my numerous questions throughout the process of organizing accommodation for my guests. I found Electa to be extremely responsive, highly competent and a pleasure to deal with.
We just had my daughter's wedding this weekend. She lives in North Dakota and we live in Pennsylvania...making a long story short....everything was done via cell phone, email, and texting...mostly email....we were blessed with a beautiful young woman named Electa Saker........she made every dream come true for my daughter and us. Making plans that many miles away.....you are unsure....as soon as we arrived at the Hilton we (and everyone) were treated as special guests. The cost is more affordable than other venues we looked at. The Hilton provides you with sooooooooo much, but my favorite thing was the hospitality from all their staff to make sure every guest was taken care of. Again, thank you Electa.....you are a gem!!

Just wanted to say a quick thank-you for all that you have done for us. The wedding turned out beautifully. When I first saw the reception room, I got tears in my eyes...you did a wonderful job decorating it and exceeded my expectations for turning a meeting room into an elegant reception dining area. I also am thankful for the small "break" in the rain so that we were able to still perform the ceremony outside. And the surprise in the room....loved it!! Thanks for also remembering our little bundle of joy. That really personalized it.

Electa was amazing to work with. We were planning our wedding from a distance, and she always had helpful suggestions for hair and makeup, music or anything else we needed. All of our guests were going on and on about the level of service we all received from the entire team at the Hilton. Having Electa, and all of the inclusive features of our wedding package was amazing. It made the planning easy, and kept our stress level low, thank you for making our day so fun!

It is awesome that they include SO MUCH at such a REASONABLE price, it could almost be "one stop shopping" for a complete wedding; What they don't provide, they have recommendations for, and on-site wedding/event planner Electa Saker is terrific to work with!
